This creative series infuses the timeless silhouette with bold motifs from both modern city life and traditional Japanese art, creating a unique collection that serves as both a fashion statement and a memorable souvenir.

The full lineup of new items is as follows:

ALL STAR LOCALIZE HI (Tokyo & Osaka Region Exclusive)

Price: ¥9,900 (approx. $67 USD / £54 GBP)

This model is a limited-release version available only in Japan’s two largest cities.

The upper is printed with the city names “Tokyo” or “Osaka” in Kanji, Hiragana, and English.

The colors are also inspired by each city: an orange for Tokyo, reminiscent of its symbolic tower, and a blue for Osaka, reminiscent of its famous Dotonbori signboards.

This model is inspired by a “Yunomi,” or a traditional Japanese teacup.

The design features a humorous, all-over print of various kanji for fish (which are commonly seen on such cups), mixed in with a hand-drawn star mark and the kanji for “All Star.”

ALL STAR FUJINRAIJIN HI

Price: ¥10,450 (approx. $71 USD / £57 GBP)

This model boldly features artwork from the famous Japanese national treasure, the “Fūjin-Raijin-zu” (Wind God and Thunder God) folding screen.

The right shoe is printed with the “Fūjin” (Wind God) and the left shoe is printed with the “Raijin” (Thunder God), creating a powerful and artistic statement piece.

The “ALL STAR YUNOMI HI” and “ALL STAR FUJINRAIJIN HI” were released at Converse retailers across Japan on Friday, the 17th of October, 2025, and online via the official Converse website.
