Its smooth texture comes from the quick pounding process. The aroma is sweet, with fresh rice and a warm fragrance. It has a vibrant, slightly bitter taste from the green tea. Its mild sugar flavor pairs perfectly with the mochi dough The texture is smooth, chewy, and velvety on the tongue. The freshly pounded glutinous rice, gives it a sticky chew. The filling is azuki bean (red bean) filling It gives the mochi flavor with a natural bean sweetness. Kinako powder adds a rich and sweet taste and texture. I thought this only priced for 10 yen. Silly me. This sweet and savory snacks resembles 10 coin yen. The warm, gooey mozzarella stretching from the cake is the best. It’s a perfect warm snack for winter. The fluffy pancake has a vanilla and buttery taste. I love how the Mozzarella stretches very long and chewy. This is definitely not a snack for sharing with friends. Your friends don’t need to know this yummy snack exists. The squid is seasoned, grilled over charcoal, then served hot. It’s perfect for a cold winter day like today. Its texture is firm yet tender, offering a satisfying chew. The soy sauce and mirin adds a delicious, sweet-savory touch. It’s best enjoyed while walking, letting the smoke fill the air. The portion is so big, perfect for sharing. Unfortunately, its too tasty to share. This plain vanilla ice cream went viral on social medias. I have no expectation at all. So, lets try. It’s made with Hokkaido milk, making it special. Wow, what is this sorcery? I feel like it’s my first time trying vanilla ice cream. Wow! Hokkaido milk gives the ice cream a rich, natural sweetness. The high-fat content of the milk makes it extra creamy. It’s less watery and more indulgent than regular milk. I don’t know if I can go back to regular vanilla ice cream. The cone taste like the premium vanilla cookie. Kudos to you, Hokkaido cows! You deserve a medal for this premium milk. There’s a newly opened snack chain restaurant in Akihabara. I saw this long queue, and decided to join. The texture is crispy on the outside, tender inside. The waffle is on a denser side, not fluffy I was expecting more buttery texture. Uji is a city in Japan known for its premium matcha. The cone adds a crunchy contrast to the smooth ice cream. Its flavor balances sweet, creamy, and earthy notes perfectly. It is so good, I buy another flavor. The grape swirl ice cream combines fruity grape and vanilla. The tangy grape pairs perfectly with the smooth, milky vanilla.
