Gaming Factory’s JDM: Japanese Drift Master invites players to embrace the culture in their single-player narrative title. Taking on the role of a foreigner who enters the drifting scene in Japan, you’ll experience the world through manga-styled storytelling and experience car-racing elements with some customisation sprinkled in.
The title has originally been available only in Windows PC via Steam, but the team has announced the upcoming console launch, allowing for more players to experience the story for themselves. The game is confirmed to come out on the Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5, with different launch dates for both of them.
The short trailer gives us a quick look at the title’s entire spirit, whilst concluding with the announcement. The Xbox Series X|S will launch first on the 21st of November 2025, and the PlayStation 5 will follow afterwards with a confirmed release window: Q1 2026.
Check out the trailer above, and you can add the Xbox version to your wishlist already, with pre-order slated to come out before its official launch date (though no time has been set yet).
