“But ever since the building was destroyed by fire, I wanted to carefully explore my options with how I could possibly re-create what Tokyo Jo’s was for the people of Preston and beyond.
“Chew’s Yard is an amazing event experience in the heart of the city where all of your old friends can meet together and reminisce about the character of Tokyo Jo’s and what it provided on many occasions for many people.”
Fans can expect a nostalgic journey through timeless anthems and the unmistakable atmosphere that made Tokyo Jo’s a cornerstone of the city’s nightlife.

“We are thrilled to be hosting the Tokyo Jo’s Reunion at Chew’s Yard,” said Frank Whiteley, Operations Manager. “As it is a free event, we expect it to be very busy, so do recommend people arrive early and enjoy food and drinks beforehand from our five independent food and drinks traders.”
