This year marks the 16th anniversary of this event, which aims to promote the appeal of Nemuro’s seafood and specialty products to Sapporo residents and tourists, increase awareness, expand consumption, and further expand sales channels. The highlight of this year is “charcoal-grilled saury”! After a six-year hiatus, “charcoal-grilled saury” is back! Fatty Nemuro saury is slowly grilled on the spot until fragrant and served.

We have a wide selection of local Nemuro specialties, including Hanasaki crab, Hokkaido shrimp, saury, and scallops. We also sell a variety of Nemuro specialty products, including “Kita no Katsu,” a local Nemuro sake, and processed seafood products, with delicious food delivered directly from Nemuro. Nemuro saury and sardine roll sushi, made with Nemuro saury and sardines wrapped in Nemuro-produced “Saomae Konbu,” will be expertly prepared and served by Nemuro sushi chefs at the venue. A limited quantity will be available for sale over two days, the 18th and 19th.
