From Coco Gauff’s singing and street dancing to others traveling and celebrating weddings, several tennis personalities had the spotlight on them off the court. On that note. let us take a peek at how some of the popular names from the sport have been spending their week off.

Coco Gauff’s Street Dance Celebration in China

Gauff had every reason to celebrate after her win at the 2025 Wuhan Open. The World No. 3 won the tournament after beating fellow American Jessica Pegula 6-4, 7-5 in the final. It was her third WTA 1000 title and the 11th singles title of her career, and what made it more impressive is that she did so without dropping a single set.

To celebrate her victory, Gauff even went live on social media from her hotel, where she and her team turned the night into a fun karaoke party. She was joined by her physiotherapist Maria Vago, and hitting partner Johan Tatlot. Gauff was seen singing her heart out, wearing a flower garland.

Tatlot recently shared some more fun moments from their time in China on his Instagram. In one of the clips, Gauff is seen dancing in the streets of Wuhan along with her team and some local people.

Tatlot also shared some other videos and pictures that showed the team’s bus rides, practice sessions, and Gauff joking around while trying to walk against an escalator. In one video, the group sang Justin Bieber’s “Baby” in the car, which perfectly captured their energy throughout the week.

Bianca Andreescu Explores Osaka

While Gauff was dancing through Wuhan, Andreescu was trying to find her rhythm again in Osaka. The former U.S. Open champion recently shared a series of photos from Japan on her Instagram, after a tough few months filled with injuries.

Andreescu can be seen walking through the busy streets of Osaka, enjoying some local cuisine, visiting some tourist spots, and also practicing some shots on court.

After facing an ankle injury in the Canadian Open, Andreescu had to miss quite a lot of tournaments. She tried to make a comeback on her Asia tour. In the China Open, she lost to Anna Bondár in the first round. In the Wuhan Open, she lost to Anastasia Zakharova in the second qualifying round.

She also played in the doubles in Wuhan with her partner Yue Yuan after receiving a wildcard entry but lost to the team of Anna Danilina and Aleksandra Krunić in the quarterfinals. In the Japan Women’s Open, Andreescu lost to Viktorija Golubic in the first round, and she is next scheduled to compete at the Toray Pan Pacific Open in Tokyo.
