A new limited-time collaboration cafe has been announced, which will be held in conjunction with the upcoming “30th Anniversary Exhibition: ALL OF EVANGELION.”
The new cafe will be held at “THE SUN & THE MOON (Cafe),” a restaurant located on the 52nd floor of the Roppongi Hills Mori Tower, which offers a stunning, panoramic view of the city of Tokyo.
The menu is designed to allow visitors to immerse themselves in the world of the iconic anime series, with each of the dishes and drinks being inspired by a character or a famous scene.
The full lineup of food, desserts, and drinks is as follows:
Food
Unit-01 Spice Chicken Curry: ¥1,950 (approx. $13.20 USD / £10.50 GBP
A spicy curry that represents the scene where the Evangelion Unit-01 forces its way through an A.T. Field.
Asuka Langley Soryu’s Tomato Pasta: ¥1,990 (approx. $13.50 USD / £10.75 GBP)
A tomato pasta inspired by the character Asuka, with a silhouette of the Evangelion Unit-02 rendered on the plate in rice flour.
The 10th Angel Burger: ¥2,250 (approx. $15.25 USD / £12.15 GBP)

This cafe is part of the larger “30th Anniversary Exhibition: ALL OF EVANGELION,” which is also being held on the 52nd floor of the Roppongi Hills Mori Tower at the Tokyo City View observation deck.
Entry to the cafe requires an admission ticket to either the Evangelion exhibition or one of the other galleries in the Mori Arts Center.
The collaboration cafe is scheduled to run from Friday, the 14th of November, 2025, to Monday, the 12th of January, 2026.
