Ultimate Guide To Tokyo Disneyland! Must Do Rides, Attractions & Tips
Hi guys and welcome back to our channel, A Ticket Out of Here. A family from Melbourne, Australia, filming our travels and sharing our tips that we’ve learned along the way. And today, we’ll be sharing our day at Tokyo Disneyland. The night before we visited, we stayed at the Disney Toy Story Hotel. This provided us with what they call happy entry. It means we get access into the park 15 minutes before the general public. So, we immediately jumped on the Disney app to book a free fast pass on the Space Mountain ride and paid a fast pass for the Beauty and the Beast ride. This would ensure we avoided long cues for two of the most popular rides. During this first 15 minutes, not all the rides are open, so many people went to the closest ride open or stayed near the gate to get character pictures. But we thought we would go to the back of the park where it might take longer to fill up with crowds. The original target was the Peter Pan ride because it typically had really long cues, but it wasn’t open until 9:00 a.m., so we went on Splash Mountain instead. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] He’s [Music] finally here. After we finished Splash Mountain, it was just hitting 9:00 a.m. So, we were one of the first people to go on Peter Pan. [Music] Upon finishing Peter Pan, the crowds at the back end of the park were still quite low, so we jumped on Snow White. By 9:15 a.m., we were on our third ride in a row with little to no wait time. [Music] than you. [Music] Upon finishing Snow White, we crossed over to the Haunted Mansion. By now, it is starting to get busy at this end of the park. We were at the Haunted Mansion a little after 9:30 a.m. By this time, the queue was around 15 minutes. Once that ride finished, we were ready for our first free fastass. So, I was off to Space Mountain. It was still only 10:00 a.m. when we rode Space Mountain, and we were already on our fifth ride for the day. And soon after Space Mountain, our paid fastass time was ready for Beauty and the Beast. [Music] [Music] [Music] Yeah. In the backyard. [Music] Happy [Applause] [Music] You know No Oh, you [Music] Oh my god. [Music] Jesus [Music] Christ. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] I can’t see At 10:45 in the morning, after six rides back to back, it was time for a break. We were pretty happy that we had done six rides before 11:00 a.m. Considering that three of these rides usually had very long wait times. Peter Pan, Beauty and the Beast, and Space Mountain typically had 1 to two hour waits. This took the pressure off of running around knowing that most of the other rides we were going to go on had much shorter wait times. It also meant that we didn’t feel the need to buy another paid fastass for the rest of the day. We either just lined up or used the free fastass option. [Music] [Music] Yeah. No, it’s the one where you stop that video. Yeah. [Music] [Music] [Applause] Here we go. Are you ready [Music] for [Music] We chose to eat lunch at the Tomorrowland Terrace. Despite it being summer and being quite a busy period, there was heaps of tables and chairs, particularly outside. The Japanese seem to prefer to sit inside with the air conditioning. [Music] M Mickey nuggets. [Music] We also had some time to pick up some new Disney merch like this cool Monsters Inc. t-shirt. Look, turn around and show me your your t-shirts. [Music] I got [Music] you. I am [Music] ready to be scared because on [Music] Looking around [Music] the skinny’s house. [Music] Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] Just speak to yourself. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] It’s similar to the rides in the United States, except all the jokes are in Japanese. And that was our day at Tokyo Disneyland. We think one full day is more than enough here, as opposed to Disney Sea, which probably needs at least a day and a half.
