Two unique spots: a shrine and a temple in Osaka⛩️ #visitjapan #japantravel #japantrip
These are super unique because one is shrine and the other is a temple. Many people visit shrines and temple in Japan. Each one has its own history and they are always fascinating. Today, let me introduce two unique spots in Osaka, the city of comedy. Those are popular photo spots for their unusual design. First, Nambayasaka shrine. Unlike any other shrine in Japan, it’s famous for its giant lion head stage 12 m tall. The open mass of the lion is said to swallow eio spirits and bring victory in competitions or exams. a rare mix of tradition and bold design and it’s just a short walk from Doburi. Second, Hatloji Temple located in the mountains north of Osaka. It was founded in the year 765 and is known as a temple of victory. The temple grounds are filled with thousands of Daruma dolls offered by worshippers who achieve their goals in autumn. The red leaves surrounding the temple make the scenery absolutely breathtaking. Both places are not full of history but also give you a truly unique experience of Osaka. Follow us TJT for more authentic Japan travel information. Travel Japan together.
