KYOTO Travel Vlog 2025 – 9 Iconic Places You Can’t Leave Japan Without Seeing! #travelvlog

Imagine you carefully organize your Kyoto trip day by day, but then there’s always surprises. February close on Wednesday. No matter what obstacle comes our way, we could not afford to miss these nine iconic places because Japan is so expensive. Watch till the end so you don’t make the same mistakes we did and we’ll guide you step by step to make your travel much easier and smoother. So whether you like it or not, I’m still going to share with you our travel vlog adventure. We left Mount Fuji at 8:30 a.m., hop on a bus, and then the train. Finally, we reached Kyoto by 2:00 p.m. After 6 hours on the road, we were very exhausted. But the adventure had just begun. Where are you, Kyoto? Baby, [Music] let’s see if there’s some interesting behind this curtain. Nothing to see here. It’s dinner time and I need to feed my worms in my stomach. Most of the restaurant nearby were fully packed until we finally stumbled upon the perfect spot. Let’s try ramen. A blast. Ramen has arrived. I’m absolutely starving. This bowl looks like pure heaven or I’m just hungry. The night is young, so we explored Ali. It’s really a touristy place and a lively street right by the river. [Music] I don’t know why they obsessed with this umbrella. I think this is their fashion fashion statement. On our day too, it will be raining the whole day. So, we decided to do indoor activities such as visiting a museum, but in general, I’m not a fan of museum. The weather is not so nice today. But we found a nice very nice place Arashyama Usai and we found it accidentally online cuz we are trying to find what activities can we do during rainy days. My honest review I’m pretty amazed by Japanese architecture architecture design. I might copy that kind of style. The gardening low light of view. I’ll copy it in my future house. Guess what? The Arashiyama bamboo forest just nearby. The crowd was unbelievable even though it’s raining. We have to come back here maybe tomorrow morning where there’s few people. Pretty girls. [Music] Next we headed to Higashiiamyama district home to temples like Hiom Mizuera and Yasaka Pagoda. We will be coming back here again. We’re just hopefully with less people. Yeah, we are just surveying the place and then we plan where are where is the place for photo shoot. It’s our second time now in the Bamboo forest and it’s 7:30 early in the morning. But still there’s there are already people. There’s already people and [Music] next is the Sagano Romantic Train. Since it’s nearby, [Music] it’s closed. We might come back tomorrow. Quick change of plans. We’re off to Nara Park today, just an hour away. [Laughter] It’s truly amazing to be here. Seeing the reindeers reminds me of Christmas. Good thing about this place is that there’s no entrance fee. I’m already craving for ramen again. Let’s see if this place can beat the last one. Tell you the truth, it’s not what I expected. Here in Japan is very cold, extremely cold to avoid avoid cold foods. Okay. So, can you guess where we are headed next? It’s Senbon Tori or the Thousand Gates. It feels like there are over a thousand Tori gates leading us to an endless destination. I’m not prepared for this. I’m physically fit, mentally fit, baby. And there’s plenty of people right now. We advise you to come here very early. Then you don’t have this uh encounter all of these people. We are going to check some of the kimano shops here. We plan to rent a kimino. A kimono kimono. We’re finding a nice spot for photo shoot. [Music] Renting a kimono is a bit pricey, but wearing it feels special. We’re done with the photo shoot. We’re going back home. We finished our trip today. Well, we made 28,000 steps in counting. And counting. Tomorrow, we’ll see if we can still go out and do some tour activities. See you tomorrow. The weather is not so nice today, but we are still going to the Sagano Railway Station. This train is so vintage. It’s like traveling back in time. I can only imagine how magical this ride must be in autumn season. We already finished the Sagano train station. I thought we were already done for today, but she still wants to go somewhere. Our last destination is the Totagi Nutsu Temple. Wow, difficult to pronounce. You will see more than 1,000 statues smiling again. [Music] Oh no, it started to rain. I hope the rain will stop. I think it’s the most happiest temple in all over Japan. [Music] On our next video, we will be going to Tokyo. We are ready to get crazy ass. [Music]

You can plan your Kyoto trip to the last detail, but trust me — nothing goes exactly as planned. Still, these 9 spots are totally worth every surprise along the way!
