Factory Tour: Black Thunder Chocolate Bar (ブラックサンダーワクザクファクトリー) | Aichi, Japan

Hello! Today we take a special tour of the Black Thunder Waku Zaku Factory,
located in Toyohashi, Aichi prefecture. This facility was completed in May 2025 and offers a unique look into
the secrets behind the chocolate bar’s signature crunchy texture. Parking space for guests with advanced reservation. Black Thunder-wrapped vehicle. Let’s head in! Floor map of the facility. Explanation on how the Black Thunder chocolate bars are made. Be aware that photos and videos of the
production line are strictly prohibited. The core of the experience is walking through the 71.5-meter-long
viewing corridor to witness the entire production line in action. As you walk, visitors can participate in the “Wakuzaku Stamp Rally.” The next stamp station. Parts of a stamp are layered over the various counters
that explain the specific product process. What the stamp looks like. Adding more colors. The tour also covers the history of Black Thunder
