It was named because it looks like a pine cone and is sweet and delicious like an apple. without. This is the best. I love this place. This is way better than going to the aquarium. All right. So, once you exit the pineapple truck tour, you are enticed to buy some very cute photos and then you enter this way. Wow. Look at all of the orchids. Look, I know everybody wants to go to the aquarium, but like this pineapple park is very cool. All right, we’ve come to a forking cafe to the right, gardens to the left. Let’s go to the gardens. Bananas. I found the big pineapple. All right, so I found the giant pineapple. And also, I just figured out how to use the timer on my Apple Watch. And oh my lord, my pictures are about to get extra. So, this is really nice and it’s very tropical and I love it. It’s amazing. Uh, it was 10 bucks to get in. You get to ride around on the little trolley. You get to find all of these lovely, lovely backgrounds. This is like an Instagrammer’s dream. Like the lighting is perfect, the colors are perfect. Everything is perfect. Everything. All right. I can hear velociaptors on the other side of the wall. There’s a dinosaur part to this. Like, I’m excited about all of this. everything. This little cafe just serves ice cream. They usually have four flavors. They have some coffee and ice drinks, too, but their big thing is snow lagoon ice cream. Um, the day I was here, they had these four flavors. Sea, shio, pineapple, vanilla, and chocolate. [Music] Okay, party. Ah, earthquake. Okay, so uh we’re at the cafe. Um when you get off the train, you go through a little walkthrough. There’s a giant pineapple out there. Now we’re at the cafe. We’re going to try the ice cream. This is called like sparkling sky. It’s like blue soda and little poppy bits. I’m so excited. Oh yeah. I realize this isn’t pineapple flavored, but um the pineapple flavor they had was pineapple and salt. I wasn’t wasn’t too interested in pineapple and salt. So So this was 350 yen, tax inclusive, but yeah, it’s just ramen soda. [Music] This little cafe is so cute. It’s so good. [Applause] All right. Over here we have an omi cooji. Omi cooji is like your fortune. Should we get one? H. All right. We’ve got our hundred yen and come over here and put it in sweep. And we push our button and we get our omi cujiunch. [Music] We got the best. No. Or the worst. I don’t remember. All right. I’ve I’ve consulted the Googles and the Google says that does in fact say Dichi. Uh I can’t read any of it so you know. But we’re gonna take it with us because it’s good luck. So yeah, so far so good. Good look on our omikuji. Beautiful weather, great breeze. We’re going to keep walking. Hello. Oh no. Excuse me while I be ridiculous. Peanut butter jelly time. Peanut butter jelly time. Peanut butter jelly time. Peanut butter jelly time. Peanut butter jelly. Peanut butter jelly. Baseball bat. Oh no, we’re going to be eaten by the T-Rex. [Music] [Music] [Music] You guys. You guys. [Music] It’s a dinosaur. Dinosaur. You’ve heard the It’s a Small World song. Now get ready for dinosaurs singing the pineapple plantation song. What’s up, buddy? This is my friend. There’s one behind me. Is there one behind? There’s velociraptors everywhere. Where’s Chris Ra? You need him. This has been scary. So, dinosaur adventure finished. Thank you very much. All right, now we come to it. The gift shop sweets the pineapple. I am here for it. And here. Yes. All of the pineapple snacks, you guys. Pineapple curry. Oh my god. Pineapple vinegar. [Music] Papa Ba papa papa. Papa [Music] Pa. [Music] All right, party people. We have been on the pineapple tour. We’ve walked the pineapple jungle. We’ve been through the dinosaur experience and now for the best part, the pineapple bakery goods. So, I got two things. This is the pineapple coronet. It’s cold. It’s a pastry filled with pineapple cream. And I got the hot pineapple pie, which is what I’m going to try first. And I got a water. Uh, let’s see. Let’s see. Come on. Doesn’t that look good? Look at that glaze. Look at that glaze. M. All right. [Music] There we go. Oh. All right. Now it’s stuck to my hand. I’m going to eat it. I promise. All right. [Music] M. Wa. All right. So, it’s like pineapple preserve almost inside with some custard. M. Yes, please. That is amazing. It’s not like super sickly sweet. All right, now let’s try the cornet. So, this is a cold pastry. Ready? Oh. I don’t really I don’t really taste any pineapple. I think this is like a marcapone cream like a cheese cream cheese cream a cream cheese. The pineapple flavor is really light. The pastry is very thick and uh flaky. I don’t like that one so much. I can’t taste any pineapple. Like, there’s just a tiny bit of an aftertaste of pineapple. Oh, this must be the winery. This is random. Power. [Music] So, I got a flight of three different wines. I got the summer snow pineapple sparkling wine. [Music] I got the yuku lemon shiku. The pronunciation on this is hard. Give me a second. Shuasa shiquasa superaking wine. [Music] And I got the nago blended red wine. So this one’s pineapple and grape. This one is a type of lemon and this one is sparkling pineapple. All right, adventurers. Here we go. Up first, the summer snow sparkling pineapple wine. So, this flight is inside the Nago Winery store. Um, you actually, so like you get here and you ride in a pineapple car and then you walk through the pineapple place and then there’s dinosaurs and then there’s a gift shop and then after the gift shop there’s a winery. Didn’t know that. I didn’t read anything. I just they told me there were pineapples. Boom. I’m here. And uh like pro tip, if you want to taste the wines before you buy them from the pineapple plantation, pineapple park gift shop, wait and come into the winery and then you can taste them. They have free sippings and then you’ll know which ones you want to buy. Cuz I just bought one of everything. So, cheers. Okay. Okay, I know it says it’s dry and it is. It’s quite dry, but like wow, the pineapple flavor. So, Summer Snow sparkling pineapple wine. We like it. Up next, number two. This is the Shiwasa sparkling wine, the Ryuku Lemon. This one is also dry and served cold. I’m tired. Cheers. [Music] Smells good. Holy moly, Batman. This is so crisp and sour and refreshing. Like, oh man, sitting on the beach in the middle of summer drinking a bottle of this chilled. That’s the the image just popped into my head. Oh, this is great. All right, last one on our list is the Nago wine red. This is blended with pineapple and grapes. Jang. I hope this music’s not copyrighted every time. All right, [Music] that smells very sweet. [Music] Wow. I’m going to be drunk. Wow. This is good. M. Now, like when we say sweet, this is like grape juice sweet. It is heavy, sticking to my tongue. Sweet. So, it’s it’s pretty good. All right. So, I really like sweet wine, so this Nago blended one is great. But I will warn you, like, you can’t taste the pineapple in that one at all. Like, it just tastes sweet. grapey sweet. Um, I think my second is going to be the Shikiwasa sparkling wine and then the pineapple sparkling wine. And not not because the sparkling wine is bad, but the shiquasa is just better um for my palette. Fresh and crisp and good. So yeah, that’s been Eddie Means wine review. I don’t think I’ve ever done a wine review before. First time for everything. So, um, every time I try to leave this place, I end up in a new place that I didn’t know was here. So, after I finish my wine, I’m going to attempt to exit. Uh, I was going to try to go over to the aquarium, but I don’t know. I just had can’t be bothered to look at my phone to see what time the bus like when the nearest bus is and what time the aquarium closes. So, uh, yeah, I’m going to finish my wine, and you will know when I know what we’re doing next. Wow. [Music]
