Eating Fluffy Japanese Souffle at a Cozy Cafe SÜNUSU in Asahikawa

I visited a small hidden cafe called “SÜNUSU + Cafe” in the center of Asahikawa, Hokkaido.

The interior has a wonderful atmosphere, and although it’s on the second floor, one of the highlights is the view overlooking the sun-dappled street and the main shopping park street.

This café is especially popular for its fluffy Japanese souffle, with options ranging from simple ones to those topped with ice cream or mixed berries and so on. This time, I chose one with chocolate sauce and bananas, and another with spam and scrambled eggs.

The prices aren’t exactly cheap, but considering the high quality of the flavors, this café is definitely worth visiting.
