This time, I’m going to spend some time enjoying the beauty of Geochang, Gyeongsangnam-do, starting with Changpowon. The fairytale-like scenery here captivated me from the start. This is Changpowon, a large-scale riverside ecological park the size of 66 soccer fields. I’ve always wanted to visit this place because of its diverse landscapes throughout the four seasons. This time, I’m going to visit this place because of the scenery that signals the beginning of autumn. I need to draw it Now, let’s move to a camping spot. I’m going to document today’s day at the Suseungdae Auto Camping Site, which is known for its beautiful scenery. There’s a suspension bridge hanging in the sky over there. -On the way to the suspension bridge There’s rain forecast from late this afternoon until tomorrow, so I’m going to explore the suspension bridge and the area around the campsite. When I actually climbed up, the height and grandeur made my legs tremble. I have a fear of heights, so I couldn’t even get halfway up the bridge, but I’m satisfied with the climb. 😅 Neoruk Rock, where scholars and entertainers enjoyed themselves, and Geobuk Rock, where the writings of poets are engraved. “It was also called Suseungdae because the breathtaking scenery of the area made one forget their worries.” I’ve had a wonderful time exploring, so now I need to get ready for my rest. The Ray awning tent combination is great for rainy camping. It started raining earlier than expected. I need to finish setting up before the rain stops and starts again. As I was packing this and that, the Ray ended up overflowing with stuff. This is the new stove I finally bought. I’m going to try cooking a variety of dishes using this stove. Oh, subscribers, did you notice? That our sweet little OkHee is nowhere to be seen. Unfortunately, pets aren’t allowed here, so I’m going to try camping alone today without OkHee. I haven’t been camping alone without OkHee lately, but I think it would be nice to have a day alone. My own little hotel was built early. Creating a waterway in preparation for the rain tonight. It’s so relaxing to be in this quiet, serene place, enjoying the autumn breeze. Now, let’s get started on preparing dinner. Today’s menu is pork belly and soybean paste stew, perfect for a rainy day. The sound of the deliciously grilled pork belly makes me hungry. Adding tofu makes for a delicious soybean paste stew. The rain is getting heavier, and the tent roof is getting heavier too. This combination couldn’t be more delicious. Pork belly, soybean paste stew, and the sound of rain I feel like something’s missing, so I’m going to make radish kimchi fried rice with the leftover pork belly. Add green onions, cubed radish kimchi, red pepper powder, and chicken stock and stir-fry. Drinking some Maehwasu(plum-flavored soju) would be the icing on the cake. It was a heart-warming meal. Among the “Good Camping” events held in Geochang County, there’s a silent movie screening. I’ve barely been able to enjoy cultural activities in my busy life, but I’m watching a movie while camping. I’m going to watch a movie and enjoy a leisurely evening by having a bonfire. They say it’s going to rain continuously tomorrow, so I think I’ll have to sleep with the front door down. Now, let’s relax in the cozy car. I already miss OkHee, and I want to tell my subscribers about her. OkHee’s name is a combination of my grandmother’s name and mine. I was scared of raising a creature that would leave before me, so I thought about it for years before I finally brought her home. Actually, when OkHee was little, her fur was a dark beige, different from its current color, and she had cute white matching socks. She’s still as adorable now as she was then. When I draw, When I travel, They are my reliable friends and family, always by my side, no matter the season. I’m going to sleep tonight, the sound of the rain lulling me to sleep. The rain that fell all morning continued into the morning. I’m going out for a morning walk to see what the rainy scenery of Suseungdae looks like. The moist autumn rain adds to the beauty of the scenery. I found the legend of the turtle that turned into a rock after death to protect Suseungdae truly fascinating and mysterious. It was a healing walk, with the sound of the rain and the scenery. Fortunately, the rain had gotten heavier by the time I finished my walk. It’s noisy outside, but the warm lights inside the car make it incredibly cozy. I should open the front door to enjoy the rainy scenery even more. The mountain fog and low-lying clouds make the scenery even more fantastic. I’m going to try something new this time. I’m going to try baking with my new stove, which can also be used as a pizza oven. I didn’t bring two important baking ingredients: sanitary gloves and a scale, but I’m going to trust my instincts. It’s nice to see the rain, but the puddles are a bit of a concern. It’s annoying😅 I’m going to make an apple pie using Geochang’s specialty apples. I’m using a Chinese chef’s knife, so it’s hard to cut the apples. I couldn’t help but try it first. First, I need to simmer the apples in sugar and cinnamon powder. I’m half worried and half excited about whether I can make bread with this oven. -Oh, what should I do? I guess my intuition was wrong, but the dough seems to have become soft. But I’ll give it a try anyway. Oh, I forgot to poke holes with a fork first. For a nice bake, brush with egg yolk. I think it’s best to add it now, since it doesn’t maintain the temperature like a regular oven. The time waiting for the bread to bake is truly bliss. Wow, it turned out really delicious. I usually drink coffee-flavored milk, but I’m thinking of trying decaffeinated coffee. Wow… Maybe it’s because of the lemon juice, but it’s sweet and refreshing. It’s so delicious. It goes so well with bitter coffee. We had a great time until late in the afternoon, so now it’s time to capture the memories with drawings. Actually, when I first started YouTube, I planned to focus on overseas travel as my main content. I thought people would enjoy exotic landscapes and places that would surprise them. But what I realized while traveling around Korea is that there are so many places that are just as beautiful as those overseas. Of course, the range of places we can camp together is limited. Still, I’m grateful for the opportunity to travel and see things up close. Of course, if I get the chance, I’m planning to take my camper abroad.
