Fukuyoka in Japan is one of the most underrated places I would say because a lot of people are focused on Tokyo, Kyoto, Dasaka. We hardly found any foreigners in Fukuyoka and the entire stay in Fukuyoka was very peaceful and it was very different compared to other cities of Japan.
