Japonya’da 2 Yıldır ASYA’yı Gezen Gezginle Tanıştık – PARASIZ GEZMEK ZORMU ? | 82

The rain has accelerated a little bit, some places are waterlogged. Hello brother, he he he he. Let’s make an announcement. What I like the most is that these internet cafes also have private rooms for you. This way, the inside is just like cotton, it’s just as soft. If it were somewhere else, they’d say no, you can’t get in, you can’t pull it off, etc. Let me just say it first. I’ve been on a world tour in Tayfun for about 2 years, I made pickle poles, it’s very good, I picked tea in Rize, I worked at a hotel in Bodrum, I bought the plane ticket, I came here with 20 dollars, there’s a culture of something like this here, like a nightclub governor. Yes, we’ve reached a different stage in a long process of misery. As you can see, it’s raining outside. Let me show you how it shines. 01:15. The rain has accelerated a little bit, we need to sleep . Let’s see what kind of view will greet us when we wake up in the morning. Hello everyone, from a new episode. We’re staying in a tent here right now, and as you can see, it rained all night long. Normally, in the mornings, it’s hot. We were going to get up but couldn’t get out of the tent because it rained today. We were actually trapped. The rain had just stopped. Some parts of the tent were soaked. Since there was a tarpaulin underneath, it probably accumulated under the rain overnight. It’s always wet here. Now we’ll wait for it to dry a bit. We took the tent out into the sun. Ali is setting up. Yes, the father and son are playing baseball across the street. They play a lot here. They even formed teams on the weekends. They go to parks like this. Old people in their thirties and forties, just like grandfathers. There’s a whole team of people who come. I took a picture of them and let’s put them up. You know, when you go to wash cars in Turkey on weekends , ha ha ha. That’s exactly how I feel . Yes, yes, it’s like I came to wash my car . We left our bags at a hostel and bought our musical instruments while showing around the area. Our main goal right now is to make music. We’re going to Dotomburi. Dotomburi is one of the most touristic streets here . You’ll understand what I mean better when you go there . Oh, this is second-hand. Don’t be fooled by expensive second- hand stores . There are actually products from big brands like Louis Vuitton, I don’t know. They’ve also added text free. Yes, the text free thing works like this. If you spend over 5500 yen, if the store has text free, it already says on the doors that they offer a discount of 8/100 or 10/100, deducting the tax on all of them. There’s also a detail here. Sometimes, for example, you buy a product worth 2000 or 3000 yen, and in the meantime, you think, “Let’s buy something in 2020 and get the textiles for free ,” and of course, you continue shopping without realizing it . It seems to me that they support the capitalist system a little. There’s also a situation we’ve never seen in other cities in Japan, but we encounter it frequently here . For example, there’s a homeless person on the right. When we go to the Dotonbori Bridge later , we’ll see people sitting there begging. We’ve started seeing more of these in that area. There was never a single homeless person before. We hadn’t seen it anywhere we went , even I was joking around saying we increased the homelessness rate a lot, etc. There hasn’t been much change in the numbers here, percentage-wise, here too, I look at it like this, we’re good, bro, nice, hello, hello, are you Turkish, what are you doing , when did you come here, bro, and here is the same as good, and I love food and you know we need to find halal food, yeah, sometimes we have problems , so every day is eating like a fish, did you try Kobe meat or wagyu meat? uh yeah but i find a lot ah you just ask a Google maps is that has different taste or it’s like regular meat did you feel different hello brother , where do you normally live? We live in Turkey, but we have been traveling for about 1 year now. Have you been to Istanbul, Ankara, Ankara, Turkey, yes, in Çiğli, for now it’s the best country for me to visit it as a tourist but still I miss the turkey ah home country is different and what about you what you think which one have you been in turkey too yeah i have which one was best for you turkey or japan uh turkey i can’t find like mine for for me turkey for food haha not not only food it’s like we speak almost like same language everything is good friendly and yeah yeah that’s true if you talk about like which one is better for me i think is japan ah about if about food turkey if i play enjoy the fun place is japan so nice to meet you thank you so much have a good trip Oops, I hit him , it suddenly came out as an improvisation, man. When he heard us speaking Turkish, he wanted to talk to us, thankfully. We accepted his invitation. Yes, thank you. We’re in the place right now, by the way. This is the most touristy street here , and there are passages like this everywhere. They cover them because Japan has a lot of rain, but the summers are also very hot. They’ve found a way to block both of these and allow tourists and shoppers to wander around comfortably. While I was walking around here, I felt like I was in those places, like the Grand Bazaars in Istanbul, Turkey, or the Spice Bazaar . It’s very crowded, just like Istanbul. There ‘s constant traffic, and the crowds change every hour. Mornings are a bit more touristy, while evenings are more Japanese. You can see cosplayers, anime girls, etc., more clearly. This is also called the Dotonbori Bridge, and it ‘s a spot tourists definitely visit when they come to that place. Look, for example, the kid is posing like this right now. If you’re wondering why he’s doing this, There’s a very iconic sign in Japan right in front of you. This guy with his hands up is usually called “Glycomen” and he doesn’t actually do anything. He’s just a jogger. But because it’s become so iconic here, everyone comes and takes photos in front of this Glycomen. It lights up at night and has such an atmosphere. It’s right next to the bridge and Dotonbori. There’s a wide variety of food here. We’ll try a few now. Osaka and Kyoto are like the eastern part of Japan. You know, the food from the east is different. The food you eat here makes you feel the local culture of Japan even better. That’s why we find so many restaurants like this everywhere. We’ll pass by in a moment. Come here for the camera, and let’s see. Our sisters are also preparing. There’s a billboard like this here. They’ve implemented a great marketing strategy for them. Yes, it’s finally here. Look, we and Penpen have created such a beautiful spot for photos . While we’re here, let’s make a live announcement. You can support us by subscribing to our channel. Ha ha let’s go also you can support us with subscribe plus and give us extra small amounts of support by saying super thank you below What I like most is that it’s not a normal food street , it’s like I’m walking in a showroom. There are weird and strange sculptures everywhere. Can we call them sculptures? Yes, sculptures of food. It’s not just food, there are also weird and strange sculptures. You’ll see more and more. For example, there’s a baby here. What’s the connection? There’s an octopus here and there. They’re making chicken on a stick. There are visuals of them. Isn’t that great? Ha ha. Yes, I always do this when I’m angry at Ali. My brother has nowhere to go, no home, but they don’t skimp on alcohol. I can’t understand this either. We see this Hacı brother every day, we see him every day, for some reason they can afford alcohol . Even the previous time, they were rich. It has nothing to do with wealth, alcohol is very cheap here , and there’s this thing: the Japanese consume so much alcohol you can’t even believe it. They drink alcohol constantly , and when they do, they get drunk . They usually drink until they’re drunk because they don’t drink a little. They pass out in a place like this at night, and when we wake up in the morning, we see Japanese people sleeping around like this. We can see our brothers and sisters in Tokyo, or rather throughout Japan. There are also internet cafes like this. These internet cafes have private rooms for you. People can stay there with beds or sofas and spend the night. For example, if you stay for 1 hour, it’s ¥870, if you stay for 12 hours, it’s 3500 ¥80. A hostel seems more reasonable and cheaper, but I don’t know if there are cheaper options. My friends told me before that we were staying in internet cafes. They said we were buying 12-hour ones , but we couldn’t find one that cheap . It’s cheaper when we stay in a regular hostel. Also, you can stay for 24 hours . We’ve seen places like this for 300 yen for a short time , for an hour or so, and you can rent a place like that and take a shower there. Just so you know , it’s a nice convenience when you want to relax for a short time. Also, when you come to Japan, there’s usually a camera here for technological shopping. It’s one of the biggest technology stores here. Some people prefer this, here you can get text free when you buy new, but it’s not super cheap in general. Of course, technology is cheap compared to Turkey, but for example, we in Hong Kong are much cheaper here. For example, what we bought in Hong Kong was 5000 lira more expensive here. There’s a significant difference actually. Let me say this : I was looking for a shaver. I don’t have a shaver anymore, and I shave and maintain my beard with a shaver right now, so you can see my hair and beard getting longer in the future . I won’t be able to buy it for a while. What was the price in Hong Kong when we looked ? I’m giving an example in Hong Kong. I’m looking at the same product here , but here, for example, the same product was 3500 TL. So, I can say Japan surprised us, or Hong Kong surprised us. Also, we look at some products here, we look at the price, the internet price, for example, a charger was over 11,000, okay, is the text free version here the normal price? It was around 13,000 when we looked online, 9,000 when we looked at the same store ‘s website, they are actually ripping people off, they are ripping this off too, but it is still cheaper than Turkey in every way, this is also a fact, these are second hand stores, I think technology, yes, there is an Apple Watch, you looked at it, let’s see, series 7. It says 26,980 with SIM card, 41 millimeter is 7300 TL, it is 1400 Hong Kong dollars, we made it for free, my love, there is series 8, there is series 9 , here it is , take a look, this is yours, my love, series 9 41 millimeter is 42,984, can you check the price, by the way, there is text free chat here, let me show you like this, when text free comes out, it is ¥39,000, I am writing right away, it is very expensive, girl, 42,000, 902,000, Hong Kong dollars, 10,500 TL, are you kidding, son, we bought the same product from Hong Kong for 5,000, of course, how much is this in Turkey, around 15, etc. Come on, let’s continue, let’s see, right here, there is an egg waffle, what is it, what is it, my love, the cake is called Japanese cake, it is so soft like a cloud, you have seen it, they even put a stamp on it, we are going to try it right now, yes, it is shaking like this, it comes out hot from the oven, it is a treat They say they’re making it, and we need to get into that residence right now. Let’s hope we can find a place. Yes, we did. There’s a line . Now we’ll stand in line. We’ll get in line. There are two options here. Yes, when we wait here, we get it very hot from here. But if you don’t want to wait in line and want to get the one baked 2 hours ago, you go inside. Since we’ll get it very hot from here, I choose to wait in line here. Yes, we’ll pay now. We bought one right now to try it. Thank you. The prices are very reasonable in my opinion, for Japanese conditions right now. And it’s huge. Let’s see if it tastes different or if it’s just a normal dessert. I wonder. A total of 12 are coming out at a time. 3 6 9 exactly 12. Honestly, they’ve turned it into a bit of a show here too. The brother comes and opens the first one by shaking it like this. Then he opens the others normally. They don’t hold back their show like this. Just now, brother, it was so good, it was jingling, my love. Can you calm down ? Can you calm down? Can you not? Oh, he’s taking it inside, take it, look, sister started her show a little. It started late. If you want to eat inside, you have to make a reservation in advance. Since we don’t have such a reservation, we ‘ll get it here and eat it on the street. Do they cook it in water? Yes, it looks very good so it’s as soft as cotton. It’s a perfect cheesecake. They actually stamp it like this and our product is ready. Let’s go ahead and eat it . Now, we decided to go downstairs. To escape the heat upstairs , we decided to eat it downstairs. So, we went downstairs. I hope we can find a place to sit. We ‘ll sit on the floor and eat it directly. It’s a little cooler than outside . You can find free Wi-Fi around here too. That’s why I love it here. We said, “Why sit here so much?” God , I said, shaking it while opening it. I don’t want to drop it, my love. It was shaking like that, piti piti piti piti. Oh, touch it, it’s really hot. It’s still hot. Eat it straight from the oven. What are you doing? Give it a try . It’s hot. Be careful, it’s shaking but it’s not very noticeable. We also got a drink, it’s warm. Peach drink or nectarine drink I don’t know what exactly but you will like these drinks very much. Well, cut it with a knife, we don’t have a knife with us , my love, don’t touch your hand, mother, the inside is soft, girl, wait , let me show you, the inside is just like cotton , just soft, hmm, it’s nice, I think it’s like, you know what, it’s like a balloon, wet, exactly, it’s a bit wet inside but it’s more delicious than I thought. I was thinking I would taste a lot of egg , but there’s no such intense egg taste. I loved it, I definitely, definitely try it if you come, don’t miss this opportunity I was examining the packaging after wiping it down and looking at it, it says something like, “Cheesecake that is always fresh from the oven.” It says something like, “We always have freshly baked cheesecake.” It says something like, “We offer you a new recipe to enhance your palate.” No, there’s no need. Our brothers have brought a different perspective to cheesecake and have been serving this since 1950. However, I think it contains nice additives. I agree with that, there are many. You know, the ovalettes they add in bakeries in Turkey make it so soft. This isn’t that softness. What’s wrong with it? I’m really curious. It breaks apart when you touch it, like play dough, or pieces like that. Yes, you know , normally these kinds of pancakes, when you add a lot of eggs, they rise a lot , but this one doesn’t have that egg taste. So, if you come to Osaka, especially in the Dotonbori area, definitely go here and try this flavor for yourself and give this shop a chance. Now, let’s continue visiting, my love, my friends . Let me show you the place. Come on, let’s go inside and have a look. This is amazing, this talent . I love it . They say they can draw animals as well. We can draw your pets too . Yes , they even have photos they’ve taken before. They say they can do it in 10 minutes for one person. Oh, look , come here. It should be around 3000. One person eats 3300, two people eat 6000. Isn’t that successful? It’s very successful . The people are very sweet, extremely sweet. If it were anywhere else, they’d say, “No, you can’t enter, you can’t take pictures.” My sister sympathetically allowed me . Yes, they’re drawing two people for 1600 TL right now. In terms of price and performance , it’s very affordable and reasonable. Yes, I’ll tell you Japan’s biggest problem. We ate our cheesecake and there was no garbage, but we can’t find it. There’s no garbage area where we can throw our garbage . The restaurants here , or most of them are tourists anyway, that’s why they throw garbage on the ground. Because there’s no garbage, they throw garbage. If they did, there wouldn’t be such a problem in the shops here. They do it at night, they put the garbage in front of the shop like that. The garbage collectors come and take their garbage from in front of the shops at night. Let’s continue from here like this. I think it’s better to go in from the back so we can show you the view. There’s also a situation like this. The river passes right under the bridge. You can take a river tour on those boats on the river. The time is wrong. It costs 2000 yen per person. By the way, they offer 20-minute tours here. There are longer ones here too. You can see the hours here. Yes, it was like that here too. A few days ago, we met Tayfun here and had a nice dinner with him. We even tried ramen for the first time with Tayfun. We took a video of that too, but we wanted to put that for later. So now we’re going to have dinner with Tayfun, we’ll watch it. Which do you think is more delicious? I’ve always had the same one. What do you eat here, buddy? Well, I’ll ask. If it’s here, if not, I’ll pick one. I understand. Okay, what’s your question? I’m like, I’m going to buy this one after that. What color is it? The color of the water is like this, it becomes white. Yes, these are a little more transparent, okay, the other ingredients are the same, usually only the water is different. Normally, you place an order here with a QR code, but since we don’t have internet and there is no Wi-Fi in the environment , the brother said something directly, call me when it’s ready, I’ll take your order. Now we’ll place an order. As you know, Japan’s ramen is famous. Finally, we came to try ramen. Besides that, my brother came. Let’s do something like that. Now you tell me, bro. It has beef here . No, no beef . Okay, both have no meat. It says, “Take this one or take that one.” This sounds a bit more like Japanese greens. This is pretty much like vegetables, as you know, my mom and dad do. Thank you. You’re one of us now. Did I put these here? My trip is ending. There might be a commercial break in 2 years, almost 2 years. Maybe exactly like that . I might go to South America too. You never know. Now our kiyoza has arrived. There’s mayonnaise on it. It smells really good, but this is a different mayonnaise. I think they put green on it. The Japanese also have their own mayonnaise. By the way , they sell it as Japanese mayonnaise in most of Asia. While it’s sold in supermarkets, is this the first time we’re trying Japanese mayonnaise in Japan? Have we tried any mayonnaise ? I haven’t tried it yet. Try it. It’s been 15 days since we arrived, but it’s still nothing. As if we haven’t tried this, let me first crack it up. It’s fried in oil. Normally they grill it like this or boil it directly. It’s a little different, it’s quite delicious . And mayonnaise is also very tasty. Yes, everything is very good. Let’s eat it with sauce. Now, the only problem here is that no matter how delicious it is, the portions are so small that it ends up in one. For example, when I say water, you make something medium-large or something like that. Hmm, and now we couldn’t understand it right now so you increase the size, but normally, it happens in English menus. I guess we’ve come to a bit too local a place. Ha ha, it’s good with soy too, it’s normal , it’s good on its own. It’s my first time eating fried, but normally they forgive this. One of them is yours, the other is ours. It’s good, no, you go, we’re still here. Come on, you ask that question first. Then she gets mad at me. Vesile , that one is already Tayfun. I’ve had my fill of it . When we eat and have something in common, Vesile always gets mad at me. She says you eat too much and I eat too little. That’s why, first of all, He’s taking the opportunity ha ha didn’t we introduce him because we haven’t met you either. By the way, Tayfun has been on a world tour for about 2 years , or rather, I say on an Asian tour because he’s been in Asia for 2 years. Bro, there’s no money. How were your experiences in Asia ? I haven’t had much of a bad experience. Anyway, if you have a tent, you pitch it along the beach, in parks, it’s a safe country, for example. Gülenk, there are things like that. Well, there are small rooms, think of a room like this. Hello, it’s small. You pay $200 a month and stay. But did you say it’s smaller than that for a single person? They give you a room exactly as tall as you are. There’s a bed and closets, that’s it. Hmm , that’s how cheap it is. Ha ha, if you go there, you can stay. You can get two rooms next to each other. How much does it cost? It’s 250,000 mola, and that’s about $200. Oh, he finally comes. There are noodles, meat, and greens in it, but the carrots are red. By the way, let’s try it now and see by the way , the pasta things aren’t small, they make them quite thick. Look at them here, you can choose, like that. They have a dish called thin pasta and thick udon. We hated udon. Soba, soba, soba, soba, there’s soba, there’s udon, soba is different, udon is different. That’s why we hated one of the two. The thick one is the same as the thick udon , but I like that too. I don’t know. This is chili pepper, hmm, it’s not hot, thanks bro, we don’t use hot. Did you like your carrot? Not carrots, ginger, or pickled ginger? Oh, pickles, directly. That’s very good, very nice. What was your major? I studied computer programming, huh. It also included graphic design, huh. Very good. I went to university without a phone or computer, huh. I was making games on my friends’ computers in the dormitory , huh. Chef, for my mother, one day I couldn’t do anything. Your brother’s certificate is there. I traveled Turkey, I went to Lebanon and back , I went to Iran and back, and finally, in 2020, I picked tea in Rize, I worked at a hotel in Bodrum, I bought a plane ticket, I came here, I tried to travel around with 20 dollars, then I tried to sell bracelets, Typhoon became another example for us, by the way, there’s nothing impossible, you know, there’s nothing like the idea that a person can achieve anything if they want, when you come here, you say you came with 20 dollars , and you worked for a while just to buy a plane ticket, but peace of mind is actually important. I mean, if you have a peace of mind or the courage, you can do it because when I first came, I was like, I don’t have any money? I’d say, “Oh, I’ll find money the next day , I’m not that smart. If I don’t have a place to find it, I’d say I’ll find it somehow . I’d sleep on the street because that desire to travel always gets in the way . But when you start to get tired, you say, “I’m tired , you’re traveling a little more easily.” Really , as the trip goes on, your search for comfort increases because that’s how it is after a while. Well, Asia is with me. I’m 23 years old, now I’m 25. You’re getting older, bro. Did you say you’ve been traveling for 6 years in total? Dude, you’re exactly that. I started in March 2019 and I’m still traveling with the same tent and equipment. Normally, I’m in my comfort zone and I like my space. I’m actually a relaxed person. Are you someone who cares about comfort? How can I say that I don’t want to go out again, but sometimes I want to go out, it’s very variable. In parentheses, I’ve been traveling in Asia for 2 years because I can’t actually stay in one place for long. Hey, I mean, I start to get bored , I even get bored of the country, I want to leave the country directly . It happens to us too, after a while, that country makes you like that. It starts to feel overwhelming , like I’m suffocating you, you say, and if I’m going to stay in one country for this long, I ‘ll stay in Turkey. So, the longest country you’ve stayed in is Japan? Total for you, right? Thailand is about 18 months. I think we’re the only travelers in Thailand who haven’t been able to warm up to it. It was nice despite that. Yes, it was nice. Good joke. I’m not saying that just because I’m there, the glass is a beer glass. I guess we drink water in beer glasses. I love drinking here. We haven’t seen many people passing out on the streets while drinking, but there are a lot of them in Tokyo. You’ll see them here on the weekends . Well, there’s that place you play at, you know, I go to the market too. It’s full, that street is full, Klap. There’s a culture like that here too. There ‘s a nightclub, like, and you sit with women and drink like this. Is their hourly wage what do you pay them? In fact, there are a lot of them. There’s a cafe called ‘My Mother’s Daughter’, they call it a femboy cafe, there are femboys , hmm, cat cafe. It’s very different, there are cafes here, very different, but there are themed cafes, yes, but They all have very salty entrances, we looked at something here, I forgot, it was either a dog cage or a pig cage, that’s a joke, there was a pig cage in Kyoto, they charge ¥3,000 per hour, and I mean, I’ll go there and eat kobyet instead, ha ha ha, look, there’s a photo of what you’re eating here, oh I say photo, there’s a photo, ha ha ha, they put images of the plates and their portions here. The size is the same everywhere in Japan, it’s exactly the same here anyway, I don’t know which one but mine was this one or that one, I think it looked like this one or that one but look, this one is with minced meat, oh no, it’s not heart-warming, this one was mine too but it was juicy, whatever mine was, it was delicious, yes, as of now, we’ve come to the end of this episode here, see you in the next episode
