Just went to Shabu Nashi and tried their lunch set with chuck eye roll. Honestly, for the price it was a really good deal — you get a decent portion of beef, fresh veggies, dipping sauces, and your own hotpot. The chuck eye roll was nicely marbled, tender once it cooked in the broth, and paired well with the sesame sauce.
My friend didn’t go for the lunch set, just ordered from the normal menu. Portions there are definitely bigger and you can mix & match more premium meats. He had wagyu Kurohana Wagyu and Koruge Wagyu .
