Mt. Togakushi, the Hidden Door to the Anthill Exciting Mountain in Nagano

[Music] Good morning world. I’m heading out to Mount Togakushi this morning. This is the first stretch to get to the Togakushi shrine. [Music] Uh a bit nervous. This is uh Quite a spicy hike, I’m told. And there’s a lot of knife ridges and one part is even called something like the the ants crossing way. And just looking forward to a good day. But as always, my goal is not just to get to the top, but to get back to the bottom. [Music] This is where things first started to get exciting. I think this is called Nagaya. Yeah. Show off. Okay. All right. This is the little shrine at the top. It was a little vertigo inducing. [Music] You know what? This is the called the Ainoto Watari. The ant crossing. Ah, Ainoto must be Ant Hill. Ant hill crossing. I’m glad I’m playing cameraman now because I don’t want to go there yet. Yeah. Yeah. I did it. All right. No. Don’t fall. Good. Okay, I arrived. I guess that means I have to go. [Music] Say cheese. Hey cheese. Hey [Music] Yes. Yay. Yeah. [Music] I’m the caveman. This is my channel. Like, subscribe, tell your friends about me. Caveman out. I’m just a caveman. [Music]

This was a vertigo-inducing hike in Nagano. We passed through the Togakushi Shrine up to Mt. Togakushi and crossed the Arinotowatari (Anthill Crossing) on the way. That was exciting.
