I forgot the name of the lady who assisted me, but she was super friendly and spoke Japanese, English, and Vietnamese fluently. Super helpful! I had fun choosing from the basic kimono and yukata rack (included in the package). The selection was a bit limited, but if you have extra budget, you can upgrade to more premium designs starting at around ¥2,500. And those options were really gorgeous. She helped us mix and match belts and even offered additional accessories if we wanted to add more flair. The hairstyling was also impressive. Fast but really well done! They were efficient and knew exactly what would suit each person. There were lots of bag and slipper options too, and they provide free socks. Tip: Bring your own comfy shoes or slippers if you plan to walk around after the shoot. Those traditional sandals aren’t made for long strolls 😅. This is probably the most affordable 30-minute kimono photoshoot I’ve found so far! Ha was the one who took my photos, he directed the poses and made the whole experience really easy and relaxed. He’s super friendly and approachable, not intimidating at all. We ended up with over 100 photos! Since it’s a budget-friendly option, the pictures aren’t edited, but after we returned the kimono, he airdropped all the shots to me, which was super convenient. I just did some light editing myself, but honestly, the photos already looked great. Totally worth it! my girlfriend and I had an amazing experience with this service. the staff was very nice and the photographer did an fantastic job capturing this experience for us. He even brought umbrellas for us to use as props and we were allowed until 5PM to wear the kimonos however it was very hot outside so we didn’t wear them for that long. I also wish they had a katana for the photos but that would just be a suggestion. I had such a wonderful time renting a kimono and doing a photoshoot! The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional — they made sure I found the perfect kimono that suited both my style and the occasion. There were so many beautiful options to choose from, and the quality of the kimono was excellent. The dressing process was done with great care, and I felt so elegant once everything was in place. The hairstyling service was also a lovely touch and completed the look perfectly. The photoshoot was an absolute highlight. The photographer was skilled, made me feel comfortable, and guided me through poses naturally. We shot in some stunning locations, and the photos came out beautifully — a perfect mix of traditional elegance and natural charm. This experience was truly memorable, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting to immerse themselves in Japanese culture or capture a special moment in a unique and meaningful way! I was pleasantly surprised by this product! From the photos on the Internet to actually holding it in my hand, its beauty completely exceeded my imagination. Every detail exudes sophistication and taste that it is incredible. The choice of materials is definitely high-grade, soft and comfortable to the touch. When used, it demonstrates excellent performance, reaching the extreme in both function and effect. Also, the customer service is commendable, they processed my order quickly and provided immediate support.
