Just like they did with Ghost of Tsushima, the residents of Japan are embracing this week’s PS5 release, Ghost of Yotei, by offering a tour of landmarks and Hokkaido areas the game will have used as inspiration.
Available from November 2025, the Ghost of Yotei Hokkaido Tour is a five-hour excursion encompassing Noboribetsu Date Jidaimura, Hell Valley, Lake Toya, and a view of Mount Yotei itself. It costs £100 and is available to book now.
You’ll turn back time to the Edo period to walk the streets of the time period, take in some samurai shows, and interact with ninjas. From there, you’ll “witness the volcanic energy of Hell Valley, whose steaming vents and jagged cliffs shaped the game’s misty fortresses. Slow down at Lake Toya, soak in onsen culture, and reflect with Mt. Yōtei in the distance.”
For taking the tour, you shall get a physical Onamori Charm, which is used to upgrade Atsu in the game. You can learn more about the tour on the Klook booking page.
Before the tour begins, you can obviously play Ghost of Yotei on PS5 from 2nd October. Awarded a 9/10 score in our Ghost of Yotei PS5 review, we concluded: “With improved combat, a better story, and outstanding use of PS5 features, Sucker Punch has outdone itself and created a follow-up for the ages. Ghost of Yotei is comfortably its greatest work to date.”
