The Japanese Garden in Delaware Park celebrates its 18th Annual Japan Culture Day on November 2 with cultural activities and performances.
BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Japanese Garden of Buffalo is hosting its 18th Annual Japan Culture Day, ‘Bunka No Hi’ at The Buffalo History Museum on Sunday, November 2, from 12-3:30 p.m.

The event is free to attend and includes activities like Bonsai, Calligraphy, Folk Crafts, Origami, and Ikebana. There will also be a tea ceremony and traditional performances.
Bunka No Hi is a Japanese holiday, established in 1948, that marks the announcement of Japan’s post-war Constitution on November 3, 1946. It is designated as a day to celebrate freedom and peace while promoting culture.
