DMC World DJ Championship 2025 Takes Over Tokyo

Get ready for DMC’s first-ever World Final in Asia. From October 10–12, 2025, Tokyo hosts the 40th edition of the Technics DMC World DJ Championships: a three-day takeover featuring national champions from 50 countries, special guest showcases, a Hall of Fame ceremony and the four marquee battles that define “turntablism” culture.

Across Shibuya and Aoyama, expect heavyweight names and historic reunions: Skratch Bastid, Craze, Nasthug, Kireek (reforming for one night only), The Invisbl Skratch Piklz feat. DJ Qbert, Shortkut & D-Styles, DJ Kentaro with Space Tak (aka Takuya Nakamura), DJ Babu, DJ Fly, DJ KOCO, DJ RENA, DJ Sarasa, DJ QuestionMark, DJ URI, JFB and more. After the landmark DMC39 in Paris, #DMC40 lands in the birthplace of the turntable with a global roster and the high-stakes energy that made past bedroom champions into arena-filling artists.
