How’d you do your gyudon?

Had to buy cooking sake, dashi and mirin for it. Was absolutely bloody worth it.

BTW, I love it when the egg is poured right on the beef and cooked with it (kinda like oyakodon-style). Do you like it that way or with onsen-tamago?
