From the resort-like restaurant [All-Day Dining “Sekki”] comes a course created by Executive Chef Hiroo Shishikura. The menu offers a wellness dining experience with dishes that emphasize Japanese food culture, using locally produced and consumed ingredients with sustainability in mind, such as domestic caviar, Miyazaki karasumi, Kyoto jidori chicken, and Kameoka beef, as well as healthful seasonings such as salted malt koji and fermented lemon.
