Shinjuku Prince Hotel in Tokyo, Japan, will offer the “Record Stay Plan for Long Autumn Nights,” created in collaboration with Disk Union, from October 8 to November 30.
Rooms are Superior Twin and come equipped with a record player and speakers for enjoying analog sound. Ten domestic and international records, selected by Disk Union under the theme “an album you’ll want to play at night,” are provided in the room. The lineup spans various genres and eras, including film music, bossa nova, jazz, and electronic. Guests can also play records they purchase at stores.
Rates start at 23,677 JPY per person based on double occupancy, tax and service charge included. A breakfast buffet is available as an optional add-on.
