Hokkaido Revolving Sushi Bar is a brand new revolving sushi spot opening soon at 1466 Bethel Rd., and this one is all-you-can-eat.

For $35.95, guests can enjoy endless plates of sushi, hibachi, ramen, and appetizers within a two-hour dining window at Hokkaido. The sleek new space looks designed for lingering, though diners will want to pace themselves, because unfinished plates come with an extra charge.

The rules are simple: no take-out, no customizing orders, and a reminder that rice counts as part of your sushi.

Kids and lunch diners get a price break, but the concept is the same. Eat until you can’t possibly manage another spicy tuna roll.

An official opening date hasn’t been announced yet, but Hokkaido has already released its menu and hours. Once the doors open, you’ll be able to pop in Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., and a little later on weekends.

If the hype around Kura (a revolving sushi spot that opened last year) taught us anything, it’s that Columbus loves conveyor-belt sushi. With Hokkaido offering the all-you-can-eat twist, don’t be surprised if lines start forming on Bethel Road the moment they flip the sign to “open.”
