It is Tsukimi day on October 6th this year. Tsukimi is literally means ‘moon viewing.’ We traditionally celebrate of the full moon on the 15th day of the August of the lunar calendar, Mid-Autumn Festival. We have many Tsukimi related foods recently and most of them use egg because egg yolk is similar to full moon. And some are using Mochi because we believe that rabbit is making mochi on the full moon.
Cheese Tsukimi Burger(470 yen): It sands smoked bacon, beef patty, fried egg, cheese. Cheese and tomato creamy sauce are good. combination.
Tsukimi Pie(190 yen): Crispy pie with Mochi, Anko sweet bean paste and butter. Japanese-style sweet pie.
Tsukimi McShake Shine Muscat Grape(270 yen): Shine Muscat grape is popular brand grape in Japan. Fruity and refreshing McShake. I like it.

Mcdonald's in Japan is always on another level. This entire full moon themed meal looks absolutely delicious. Love the color and the packaging of each item. The cheese Tsukimi burger looks savory and quite filling with the perfectly fired egg on it. And the pie and shake looks delicious as well. Warm and crispy pie paired with a cool and refreshing flavored shake. Yummy! I wish that the McDonald's here would bring some of those options here. Woud definitely love to try them all. I love that Japan has a moon viewing festival with all the treats to celebrate it. I love the little bunny mascot.🐇 And that burger looked so good. I love egg on a burger.🍔😋
