Hi everyone,

I had this side dish at an izakaya in Tokyo (Roppongi area) one night. It was delicious, but I’ve never seen it again at any other izakaya I visited after that. Does anyone know what this dish is called?

    Sunomono? Looks like Shiritaki and carrot.

    My personal favourite is jellyfish sunomono.
