Fruitful Discussions Reported from Japan Trip This Month

Knox County Indiana Economc Development director Chris Pfaff reports good economic progress from a recent trip to Japan. As part of the trip, Pfaff and Vicnennes Mayor Joe Yochum spoke with officials from both Futaba and Excell. Both are Knox County-based suppliers to the Toyota plant at Princeton.
Pfaff reports good meetings—and possibly, eventually, more jobs from the Japanese visit earlier this month.

The two men headed to Japan as part of a biennial Midwest economic meeting with their Japanese counterparts. Next year, the groups will meet in Indianapolis.
