The four games in this compilation will have differing genres. The full list is as follows:
Baroque -Original Version- – 3D Action RPG
Baroque Syndrome – Visual Novel
Baroque Shooting: Reversed – Shooter
Baroque: Become a Meta-Being – Revive – Jumping Action
Sting also noted in the announcement that the Baroque -Original Version- included in this compilation will be the same as the one made available digitally on the Japanese Nintendo eShop in late 2020. This port is also based on the first Sega Saturn release in 1998.
Baroque would later be ported from the Saturn to the first PlayStation. It also appeared on the PS2 and Wii, which were also the versions that received worldwide localized releases in North America and Europe. The Switch port being based on the first Saturn release could be one of the reasons why it is still only available in Japanese so far.
