It’s so empty So many seats—I can’t decide where to sit I like the decor—easy on the eyes Lots of seating styles to choose from Let’s check out the food Sausages, hash browns, omelets The fried chicken looks tasty Meatballs Croissants There’s curry soup too—gotta try it They’ve even got ramen A variety of drinks A soup dispenser—wow Alcoholic beverages Snacks Beautiful One glass for me, please Breakfast today Curry soup Fried chicken, hash browns, edamame, salad, eggs Finishing with a croissant, Hokkaido butter, and black coffee At the gate—ready to board Let’s board Accidentally hit zoom—didn’t notice until I got to my seat Sorry about the odd camera angles 🥲 Window seat today Business class in a paired 2-2-2 layout Let’s take a look at the seat Includes headphones, an amenity kit, a pillow, and a blanket Power outlet and headphone jack are behind the seat The flight’s almost full—someone’s next to me Tray table storage Remote and seat controls Plenty of legroom Let’s check the menu Quick sip of champagne ^^ Followed by a hot towel Back to the menu You can choose Japanese, Thai, or Western dishes Amenity kit by Jim Thompson Headphones Slippers Goodbye, Japan 👋 Preparing for takeoff Trying on the slippers Meal time! Champagne again Assorted nuts and appetizers Italian ham with pineapple and seasoned onion skewer Italian-style vegetable tart with tomato sauce Trying another Thai Airways cocktail: Oriental Dawn (cognac, lemongrass, lychee-based) I prefer the Rose of the Royal Voyage The table’s a bit small First course Smoked salmon, salad, and horseradish cream sauce Garlic bread and cheese bread For the main I went with Thai cuisine The Korean passenger next to me was so kind—said I could film her meal too 😆 She even spoke Thai well; we chatted for a bit ^^ Chicken Massaman Curry
Served with jasmine rice, stewed pork belly, and stir-fried vegetables with ginkgo nuts The Massaman was sooo good—too bad my sister isn’t here, I’d give her the pork Another Rose of the Royal Voyage—super refreshing Followed by cheese and fruit Dessert: Japanese-style soufflé cheesecake with strawberry sauce and whipped cream Perfect with a hot tea Finishing with chocolate My seatmate went to the lavatory—time for me to get up too, haha Traveling solo in a window seat can be a bit tricky An aisle seat is more convenient, but you miss the view—gotta choose Let’s check out the lavatory Nice and clean Back to my seat I’ll take a quick nap Adjusting the seat for sleep The footwell’s a bit narrow But still comfortable Woke up just in time for the second meal Miso ramen with chashu pork and a boiled egg (I skipped the pork, haha) Chewy noodles, flavorful broth So good They served snacks to finish Crispy rice crackers with Parmesan So tasty—can’t stop eating I could eat ten bags of these, lol Starting our descent And it’s raining Arrived in Bangkok 15 minutes ahead of schedule Thank you, Thai Airways, once again for the excellent service ^^ And thanks to everyone for watching, liking, commenting, and subscribing :)) See you on the next trip 🙂 Bye bye
