I accidentally grabbed burdock root instead of nagaimo at my local Asian grocery store. Luckily, the folks at r/Tipofmyfork identified the vegetable for me and even gave me some recipe ideas!

  1. Traditionally kinpira gobo is julienned or shavings, just a friendly FYI. How did it taste?
