【8K】 Pixel 10 Pro Camera Test – Video Boost Night Sight AI
Testing the 8K Video Boost and Night Sight camera modes on the Pixel 10 Pro. Tested out with all 3 cameras, and was able to switch between them all while recording which was great. Unfortunately you can’t access any of the zoom ranges in between the fixed cameras in this mode. All video has no additional editing and sound is direct from camera microphones (volume slightly increased afterwards)
Also while in this mode you can’t record in HDR, so while I uploaded this on an HDR timeline the original content is not output in HDR, please the video below for the HDR mode.

Great quality, for a phone. Sadly still lightyears away even from entry level mirrorless cameras in terms of sharpness and noise handling. 😞
You can see in some of the shots the noise reduction just blurring all the detail away. For example at 10:00 it just looks untaturally smooth, almost AI generated.
I think a GH5 or, even better, a Sony a7 on a gimbal is far superior and preferrable. I'd rather have the dynamic range and noise handling of those at 4k, than heavily processed phone camera performance to be honest. There's no use in having more pixels at 8k, when it can't even match decent 4k footage.
For a camera with such a tiny lens on a small phone, this is very impressive. It's impressive for ANY camera, let alone a phone camera. It's not perfect, but damn close
do u use extra storage for pixel 10 pro while recording video?? 8k video is huge file size but over 10 min video. how big size of vidoe file?

Quality is spot – video and audio (open backed headphones with Stable Volume turned on)
