might offend some people but I genuinely think this place in Japan is not worth the hype you see this this is exactly what 90% of tourists put at the top of their Japan bucket list and then regret it I mean don’t get me wrong it looks cool until you get there and realize it’s just this every travel influencer makes Fushimi inara out to be this perfect place that you have to visit but what they often don’t tell you is that it’s so incredibly packed and you’ll often be more busy dodging selfie sticks and cameras than actually enjoying the place so when you’re in Japan where should you go instead easy this when you’re in Tokyo instead of going to Shibuya Street for example you could go to nakamuro which offers some of the best cherry blossoms without all the Shibuya Madness and if you’re still in Kyoto you could also try visiting Mount hi instead which is somewhere I went on my journey to Japan same cool Japan Vibes none of the touristy Madness so before you book your trip to Japan make sure that you rethink your itinerary don’t go for the Instagram spots instead go for experiences
