Mt. Hakodate Ropeway ride + ambience / 4K60 HDR
Hi, welcome to Philip’s Places.
I went to the Hakodate Ropeway in winter 2024. The city of Hakodate is on a peninsula
on the south coast of Hokkaido, Japan. This gondola, or ropeway, is at the tip of the peninsula,
and has a great view of the city. Legally distinct Spirited Away music?
I hope Youtube is okay with that. It’s my first time here, so I don’t know where to go.
I’m going to follow the crowd to the viewing area. There’s a view, but it’s in the exit line.
I will look for the outdoor viewpoint. The ground is icy, I have to be careful. Looks like a small viewing area, I will take a quick look. There’s the iconic view. The ship is a “train ferry” which is now a museum. The road is called Tomoe Big Bridge. Goryokaku Tower and park View to the west, away from the city. View to the west, it’s almost sunset. It says Hakodate-yama, or Mount Hakodate The main viewing area at sunset / dusk, pretty crowded. I found a quiet area on the south side
of the Ropeway station. I can watch the gondolas from this viewpoint. 3 Christian churches Quiet looking neighborhood on the southeast side of the peninsula. This is the end, hope you enjoyed it!
February, 2024 – riding Mt. Hakodate ropeway and views from the observation deck. The ropeway is in the city of Hakodate in Hokkaido, Japan.
