Ammon News – The Jordan Tourism Board concluded its mobile exhibition in Japan today, which included a series of promotional activities in the capital Tokyo and the city of Osaka.

This event saw broad participation from the Jordanian tourism sector, alongside representation from Qatar, including Qatar Airways and destination management companies, as part of collaborative efforts to enhance the status of Jordan and Qatar as prominent tourist destinations targeting Japanese tourists.

The exhibition featured representatives from the Jordan Tourism Board, the Ministry of Investment, a number of Jordanian travel and tourism offices, as well as the Jordanian embassy in Tokyo.

In Tokyo, the program commenced with an extensive tourism meeting that included a large number of representatives from Japanese tourist offices. A comprehensive introductory seminar was presented, showcasing Jordan’s various tourism attractions that combine history, culture, and unique nature. Additionally, representatives of the Jordanian tourism sector held direct business meetings with their Japanese counterparts, accompanied by media meetings that highlighted the event and its objectives.

In Osaka, the mobile exhibition’s activities focused on tourism promotion and highlighting investment opportunities. A meeting was held to present the main investment fields available in Jordan, followed by bilateral meetings with Japanese companies and institutions.

The day featured a Jordanian hospitality event that reflected the spirit of the Jordanian table and its traditional atmosphere, along with media and tourism meetings that highlighted Jordan as a comprehensive destination for tourism and investment.
