Our original Klook booking for January 8 was canceled, so I found another tour that could accommodate us to Kobe. Luckily, I came across this one, and it didn’t disappoint. We had plenty of time at the Mt Rokko snow park and in the onsen area. It even snowed during the day, and we had the chance to enjoy the onsen. The group was small, and Jack, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. Overall, we’re really happy with the experience, and we highly recommend this tour on Klook for anyone looking for a seamless and memorable day trip to Kobe! We really enjoyed our experience with this tour. The bus left and arrived on schedule, and we were given ample time to explore the attractions. Kudos also to our tour guide Alvin for taking care of us during the trip. Will definitely recommend this tour to others who might be interested in visiting a ski resort! We enjoyed the trip to Rokko Snow Park. our tour guide Alvin was friendly. he even recommend nice place to take photo at Onsen, and he recommend where to eat for dinner. 👍👍👍. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. At first I was quite apprehensive about the meet up location etc, but our guide, Jack, sent us QR codes for map directions promptly the night before the trip. Jack also shared some history about Japan and also gave us our quiet time to rest on the way to Mt Rokko. Really enjoyed the quaint streets of Ariwa after skiing at Mt Rokko and the food they offered. Thanks again, Jack, for making this so fuss free and enjoyable! Best experience ever. when we went there suddenly got real snow. it was fun and we play around with the slay. it was a fun day at Mt Rokko with snow playing and Arima district walking and eating. The meeting place is convenient, the tour guide introduces carefully, and the children enjoyed playing in the snow basin all day long! At Arima Hot Spring Old Street, you can buy snacks, browse the old street scenery, and soak your feet! But it’s a bit rushed with only one hour. The tour guide Jack explained the itinerary in detail, introduced the history of Osaka, and recommended delicious food. Thank you. Rokko Mountain Ski Cake is very suitable for beginners. We had a great time and 5 hours was not enough. We only stayed at Arima Hot Spring for an hour, so we gave up soaking in the hot springs and took a quick stroll, where we could eat Arima specialty snacks. Our guide made this experience even more awesome . He gave us some tips as first time skiers that were so useful that we didn’t need to book any extra lessons. He also spoke us through the whole trip. The resort is beautiful too. A very good skiing experience, and the tour guide is also very nice👍🏻very nice, but the 1 hour travel time to Taiko no Yu is too short. If you don’t have 2 hours, you won’t be able to enjoy the hot spring activities. Now you have to waste 1 hour and can only Take a walk. It is recommended to change the bathing itinerary to 2 hours.
