เที่ยวญี่ปุ่นหน้าร้อน Morioka and Aomori Nebuta Matsuri 2025 #japan #summer #Morioka #iwate #aomori
Hello, today is the third day of the trip. Aug 06, 2025 The weather is very bright this morning. There was still time to walk around the accommodation before going to the bus stop. The bus arrived very punctually. Today I plan to take a bus into Morioka city. The bus takes about 1 hour from Shiwa to Morioka. The bus is very clean and for those who don’t like crowded trains. The bus is a very good option. You’ll also get to see hidden spots of the city that you can’t see from the train. Most bus fares are the same price for the entire route. Get off the bus and walk another 200 meters. We’ll reach Morioka’s famous bakery shop. Waiting to cross the zebra crossing. At first, I intended to take a photo while walking across. After a while, I saw a group of children walking to the opposite side, so I had to stop and take a photo. We cannot take photos or videos of Japanese children. It’s against the law. We must also respect the laws of the country we are visiting. We’ve arrived at Fukuda pan bakery. It’s a stuffed bread with many pastes to choose from. This shop only accepts cash. I bought two, one for breakfast and one for dinner. The bread is really delicious. Call a taxi to go to Nanshoso, an old house with a beautiful japanese garden. Nanshoso, an old house japanese building with a beautiful garden that you can sit and enjoy in every season. There is an entrance fee of 500 yen, and if you order matcha, it is an additional 500 yen. The matcha is very smooth and not bitter at all. The dessert is also delicious and not too sweet. We can walk into the garden, but I’m lazy. Haha. If you come during the autumn leaves season, it will be beautiful in a different way. There was a movie that was filmed here. It’s a charming building, just like in the anime. Withdraw cash at 7-Eleven with no fees. Charge money to a suica card. Let’s take a selfie. lol. Miyazawa Kenji Artist Museum I didn’t go in to see it because I didn’t understand Japanese poetry. This red brick building was once the headquarters of the Iwate Bank. It is no longer a bank but is now a museum with admission free. On the opposite side of the front is a small pop-up izakaya. Let’s take a look at the interior architecture. Exit at the red brick building and walk out to the river. And there is another old coffee shop that opened next to the river. During the Summer season, you can put the table in the middle of the river, but you have to endure the heat. When you enter the shop, you can sense the smell of the old wood and the air conditioning is very cool. There were many people sitting inside, so I moved to sit outside. The weather is great, listening to the sounds of nature and the wind is truly blissful. Order hot coffee and fruit cheesecake. This cafe is a cash only shop. The cheesecake is very delicious, soft and melts in my mouth. Walking to the bus stop to back to Morioka Station. Wait for the bus here. Take the train to Aomori to see the Nebuta Festival. Get off the Shinkansen at Shin-Aomori Station and take the train to Aomori Station. It takes 4 minutes. There were so many people coming to the festival that all the accommodations in Aomori were full. I need to book my return Shinkansen ticket in advance. If I don’t book and there are no tickets, I won’t be able to return to my accommodation. But when I returned, I realized that if the seats were full, we could buy standing tickets. As soon as I got out of Aomori Station, I saw A-factory. There are many food stalls to choose from. Take a picture of the sign. Go buy something to eat inside a-factory. Apple and Peach Sorbet Apple juice is a must-try. If you come to Aomori, you must try it. Walk across the bridge to the aspam building. We will go to see the view. The artist stands as a statue. First, sit down and eat the bread I bought from the fakuda pan shop. Little girl looks so cute. The ticket counter for viewing the view is on the first floor. I bought it together with a 3D movie ticket for 900 yen. It is a very worthwhile viewpoint of the city, where you can see the city from every angle. 3D movies can’t be photographed, they are city-related stories. And all the festivals of Aomori have 5 major festivals. This is another thing I recommend you go see the movie. Walk past the warehouse where the nebuta floats will be paraded tonight. It’s a bit of a shame that it’s drizzling. This made it necessary to cover the lamp with plastic, otherwise the paper would rot if it rained. The audience then walked to the road where the lantern parade would pass. Follow the locals and you won’t get lost. Lol. Opening with a goddess parade From here, it’s time for the official nebuta event. The Nebuta Festival is held every year from August 2nd to 7th. Tomorrow, or August 7th, will be the last day. And when the event ends, there will be a final fireworks display. I decided to come to the event today instead because I had a change of plans. Tomorrow I’ll rent a car to drive around for another day, so I’ll come to the event on August 6th instead. I was secretly lucky to come today because on the evening of August 7th it rained very heavily. For everyone who has watched this far, I hope you enjoy the festival together. This lantern parade is not covered with plastic, it is very beautiful. Before ending the clip, I’d like to complain a little. There are so many people smoking pods that my nose is really irritated. Thank you for watching until the end. Please like and subscribe my channel
Nebuta Matsuri
