Every April, Asahi in Toyama Prefecture becomes a breathtaking canvas of color. Along the Funakawa River, cherry blossoms bloom in early to mid-April, lining the banks with soft pink petals. Just beyond, canola fields, fields of multi-colored tulips—yellow, red, pink, purple, and white—burst into full bloom from mid to late April during the famous Funakawa Tulip Festival.

It’s one of the rare places in Japan where you can see cherry blossoms and tulips blooming together—an unforgettable spring scene! Perfect for walks, family outings, and dreamy photos. 🌸🌷📸
