On my second day in #Bangkok i wanted to have a Thai breakfast, some colleagues of mine suggest me to have a rice congee, a type of rice porridge in many Asian countries. The rice congee was topped with finely sliced sausages, poached egg, Shiitake mushroom and grated fresh ginger. The rice porridge had a unique taste because it is slightly slimy like a liquid but with rice topped with other condiments. It is heaven-less people!

1:40 Victory Monument – is the place to come to sample Bangkok’s famous Boat noodles known in Thai as guay diow rua. Mr. Toy founder of Doy Kuay Teow Reua Boat Noodles started selling boat noodles from his canoe in 1958. Today, the restaurant is hidden deep inside a soi. They prepares the tastiest boat noodles in this area, the portions are incredibly generous and they have to be on your bucket-list.

3:33 The Gingerbread House Bangkok – I ended my day having a kind of Pandam noodles with coconut ice cream. Charming café, where it is very pleasant to enjoy good Thai desserts and homemade drinks. The thai dessert i had was the Pandan leaf-infused coconut ice cream it was something new for me, but incredibly delicious. It is interesting to explore sweets from the other part of the world.

Thank you for following me on this Bangkok food tour . Hope you enjoyed and see you on my next #bangkokstreetfood vlog.
