DHL Supply Chain has commenced construction of the Chitose Logistics Center in Chitose City, Hokkaido.
Adjacent to the next-generation semiconductor hub, it will offer advanced and high-value logistics services such as inventory storage, on-site logistics, and on-demand delivery service of engineering parts to customers including manufacturing equipment makers and material suppliers.
The facility will be a single-story building with a total floor area of approximately 14,500 square meters. It is located about a 6-minute drive from New Chitose Airport and about 20 minutes by car from the semiconductor manufacturing base, functioning as a transportation hub connecting within and outside of Hokkaido. Completion is expected around the end of 2026.
