    Looks about right.

    Now grind your own buckwheat soba, save the sauce that can be made. Served cold on a tray. With the sauce. Thinly sliced spring onions, maybe ginger ground but not the sliced sushi type optional on the side.

    Now get wierd with tempura. Egg. Ok. Chicken tender, yes. Potato slice. Ok. If you told me you tempuraed a dandelion- I would have no hate. Had something called “Japanese herb” from the mountains of gunma. Seasonal thing though. That was good.
