On Day 3 in Kyoto we started early at Gion with quiet streets and Yasaka Pagoda views, then explored the historic Kiyomizudera temple with a full walking tour. From Ninenzaka Gion we made a ring and enjoyed the charm of traditional lanes. At Nishiki market we tried Kobe beef, tempura and gyoza. A surprise visit to a Ghibli store brought magical memories.
