  1. Definitely a place I would love to visit! Look forward to your Asian adventures! Enjoy 😊

  2. How much Japanese do you need to get around and understand where you are going? Finding it hard to learn for our upcoming trip. Thanks!

  3. I knew I loved you guys! Dessert before lunch with the Happy pancake! Looked delish. There is a similar place near me that is on my list to try out. The time-lapse video of the cityscape was fantastic. Did you go up on the ferris wheel? Have fun! Thanks for sharing!!

  4. Sorry it rained so much for you. I really enjoyed Yokohama when I was there. For me it was the first place I visited and it was nice to see such a clean large-ish city. I spent most of my time in Sasabo and really enjoyed getting out and about in the countryside from there.

  5. I hope to visit Japan some day in the near future after I retire. Good to see others having fun there in a really different culture.

  6. Chinatown in Japan, who would have thought? The gates and buildings are gorgeous. I would like the noodle museum since I'm such a kid at heart. Great post! 😊

  7. Starbucks is so much cheaper in Japan – had one everyday we were there. Yokohoma is a fun city. Off to the big city of Tokyo!

  8. So Glad the Weather changed for you🙏❤ Very Beautiful 😊 Great Song 🎶He's Got Whole World in his Hands🎶

  9. Glad to see that you're having a wonderful time and hope the weather improves for you.

I don't want to rain on your parade since you've already gotten soaked several times in Japan; however, I would really strongly urge you to read the comments of @chengkp75 (a retired cruise ship chief engineer with over 40 years experience) on the community forum site, page 2 of the topic titled "VV Odyssey fails US Health inspection" on CruiseCritic. He very fairly and objectively analyzes the inspection results and directly addresses your prior contention that the hickeys were becaue of faults previously extant on Braemar.

I know you have commented that you have faith that management will fix everything. You might want to take cleaning wipes with you into the buffet for your plates as well as being very careful with the "potable" water, even if it is from one of the filtration fountains.

  10. Loved ur first day there! And u made me think of my FAVORITE AUNT that passed away in 2020. She loved Koi ponds! But we always joked with her becuz she called them Kee-oo ponds!! lol! We still laugh to this day when we see them! So loved seeing a Kee-oo pond actually in Japan!!❤ Tina

  11. Oh wow so many Awesome things to see and do, those pancakes were mile high and looked delicious! Loved China town and despite the rain you guys enjoyed yourself, that was the best part! Bon Voyage! ⛩️🛳🛳🛳
