Today marks the end of my unforgettable journey in Japan.
This video takes you inside Narita Airport’s International Departures Hall, as I get ready to leave after three amazing weeks.

This series was filmed right after Japan reopened its borders following three long years of the global pandemic. It was a once-in-a-lifetime chance to explore a Japan with almost no foreign tourists.

During this journey, I started in Tokyo, visited the National Museum, the Imperial Palace, and Yokosuka Naval Base. I took a ferry to Kyushu, explored Kokura, Sasebo Naval Base, and the Fukuoka Museum. From there, I boarded another ferry to Osaka, visited Osaka Castle, and traveled on to Kyoto and Nara. Finally, I returned to Tokyo by Shinkansen, ending at the historic Sensoji Temple.

Although it’s time to say goodbye for now, I’ll be back in Japan very soon to share more first-person explorations and authentic travel experiences.
