JTA Operates Three Extra Flights for Okinawa Shogaku’s Koshien Final

Japan Transocean Air (JTA) will operate extra flights on the Okinawa/Naha to Osaka/Kansai route.

This is in response to Okinawa Shogaku High School advancing to the finals of the Summer Koshien, with a total of three flights: two on August 23 and one on August 24. The aircraft used will be a Boeing 737-800.

On the 23rd, starting from 10:00 AM, they will face Nihon University Third High School in the finals. It is the first time in 15 years for a school from Okinawa Prefecture to reach the Summer Koshien finals, and Okinawa Shogaku High School’s first advance.
