Simple recipe for Okonomiyaki – Japan street food – Water, floor and some green onion

Hirayachi is an Okinawa traditional Okonomiyaki. It’s like a pancake, but not sweet. Made from the wheat-flour-based butter contains chives. Modern recipes often contains tuna flakes.

It has a simple flavor and Japanese worcestershire sauce is put on it usually.
