2012年3月23～25日に大阪の南港北にある、アメリカのハイアットが経営するハイアットリージェンシーに宿泊した。先週、姪と妹と両親を連れて、東京に行った際の宿泊先も 新宿にあるハイアットリージェンシーを検討した。（大阪ではハイアットを利用予定だったので、東京のホテルでは候補から外したのが） 先週泊った東急セルリアンタワーと比べ、サービス面は上だと感じた。（接客態度が）ハイアットグループは他にもパークハイアット、グランドハイアット等のホテルブランドを世界に展開しており、多くの場所でハイアット系のホテルを見つける事が出来る。ハイアットは、スタッフ採用の時から厳選採用しているのと、その後の教育で、基本的に多くのスタッフがサービス精神旺盛で、笑顔での接客、室の高いサービスと顧客を大切にする心意気が随所で見られた。これは同等の５つ星ホテルチェーンと比べてもレベルは高いと感じた。ホテル自体の設備も整っており、レストラン、カフェ、バーも多く、ジムやプール、ジャグジーも備えている。館内は重厚感と高級感があり、大変綺麗である。朝食のビュッフェも質と品ぞろえ共に満足であった。場所は南港北にあり、大阪港の近くで大阪湾の景色が楽しめる。部屋は高層階の希望をホテル側に伝えていたので、１９階の部屋になり景色が楽しめた。今回は車で来て、駐車場が滞在中無料であった。車で夜、道頓堀までは２０分程でいける。すぐ近くには天保山の観覧車、海遊館、ユニバーサルスタジオもある。I stayed in Hyatt-Regency located in Nanko-kita area in Osaka on March, 2012 23 to 25th It is accompanied by the niece, a younger sister, and parents, and when it goes to Tokyo, Hyatt Regency which also has the lodging in Shinjuku is examined last week.
