New STJ video on a Friday evening? yes please!
I loved walking when I was younger but could never do all the fun stuff shown here. Too old for lots of stairs. So thank you for sharing what I can no longer do.
too much info knowing you passed gas ^^; great video though!
I'm glad to see that other countries have cicadas. Unfortunately, here in Florida, they sometimes keep screaming until as late as November. One really long season, I thought about starting a band and calling it "Deaf by Cicadas."
Thank you for the trip and food tour. I just can't eat raw fish. It's not tge taste but the texture and temperature that ick me out. Everyone else in my family loves it😂

❤❤Hello Mr. Solo Travel Japan, I so much enjoyed our adventure, The walking, the sights, the food, I always look forward to our adventures. God Bless.🙏🙏💗💗
"I'm ready to eat." 😂😂
Have you ever tried Nabeshima from Saga? It is my favourite sake.
Now I know how hot it is in Japan when it turns people into "Human Salt Factories", it's HOT!!! I think you were just a bit too thirsty at dinner time, a $70.00 bill is what I call an "OUCH" one. But at least there were several "!!" throughout the meal. The bridge looked quite interesting, with a very wavy appearance! So, I hope you didn't have a hangover the next morning. Where to next?
I almost got a job on base at MCAS Iwakuni, I had done the interview and HR had contacted me for some follow up information, which probably means I was picked for the job, but then COVID hit. That Ice Cream Shop 6:06 is world famous.
I was just literally there 2 days ago. I dunno how your shots aren't filled with people. Lol
“Passing gas” is such a funny way to describe it 😂
Thanks for the video! Could have been a food tour one, but included such interesting places.
After all that beer, sake, and food I'd have just had to go back to the hotel for sleep! But I might have been afraid to eat fugu.
put on water boots and walk across for free.
Geez, man…two beers and six sake? I was halfway expecting a scene where the wait staff was peeling you off the floor! But yeah…a cold beer after a hot walk? I definitely feel you on that one!
Yikes! 30 floors… too high for me. Thank you for being brave, Solo!😮
I was stationed at MCAS Iwakuni and attended the Kentai festival.
13:51 I love how Japan goes out of it's way to build this dynamic, totally unique architecture, and then says "NOW MAKE IT KAWAII!!!! and put it on stickers and tickets. I want a plushie of that.
Two beers, six sake – how did you even make it out of the restaurant, never mind two transfers to the hotel.
The food looked awesome. I must say, you are very strong in sake. I would be one and done.
The fuku dishes look amazing. And the way you described the sakes makes my mouth water.
Despite the scary bill, it looked like you had so much fun eating everything. I envy you.
When I was growing up near the center of Illinois the cicadas (not the ones that live underground as larvae for 13 or 17 years, but those with short lifespans) were part of every summer and provided some of the loudest noises I’ve heard from animals…
Where I live now in Florida there seem to be no cicadas of any variety.
That 1962 castle is about a year younger than I am. I’m fairly sure that I’m not a good copy of any famous person from history, though!
Thank you for taking me along. I am older and find travel difficult.
Traveling along when you take your adventures really adds to my days.
You are very much appreciated
amazing trip and delicious food
Yes, that raw cabbage salad is very healthy.
Thankyou, for showing us some of Japan
Hiroshima looks like a beautiful city, and it looks brand new. Not surprising, since it was destroyed on August 6, 1945, and rebuilt from the ashes.
@10:20 😂 I was not expecting this! But I loved the honesty 😅
