Albino & Preto and Dickies Japan reunited to create a new collection blending workwear and martial arts training apparel
The capsule features a training gi with a padded lapel, pocketed pants and graphic tees
The collection will be available on August 20
Albino & Preto and Dickies Japan have joined forces once again to create a collection that reinterprets classic workwear for the world of martial arts training.
Following their initial collaboration in 2023, which offered workwear inspired by martial arts uniforms, this new release focuses on creating training-specific apparel. The collection reimagines Dickies’ signature workwear with a focus on martial arts functionality, utilizing the brand’s proprietary poly-cotton fabrication.
The new lineup includes a training gi set that features a slightly padded lapel designed specifically for jiu-jitsu. The collection also introduces pocketed gi pants in black and charcoal, alongside a Lincoln green pocket tee adorned with bold graphic accents. Co-branding elements are subtly integrated into the designs, with graphics appearing on the center back of the kimono tops.
Check out the release above. This A&P x Dickies Japan will be available on the official A&P webstore on August 20 at 11 AM PST.
